CVS Trip, August 3, 2010

It was a very nice trip to CVS. The cashiers there are so friendly! I had Misty today. She's always such a sweetie!!

I did goof and miss a coupon, but I'm still pleased.

Well, here are the goodies:
Here's what I got:

• 6 jars Ragu pasta sauce
• Playtex Gentle Glide--36 count
• Playtex Gentle Glide--18 count
• 5 bottles Dawn
• 3 boxes Tampax
• 1 Colgate Total toothpaste (as if I don't have enough toothpaste!!)
• 1 Gillette ProGlide razor

• (2) $1/2 Ragu (yup, I was supposed to use 3. I goof on this stuff too!!)

• (1) $4/1 Gillette Proglide Razor

I did it in 4 transactions. I started with $11 ECBs.

Transaction 1:
Playtex (36 and 18 count)
Gillette Razor
5 bottles Dawn

• Used corresponding coupons from above list.
• Paid with $11 ECB and .69 OOP.
• Received $8 ECBs.

Transaction 2:
6 Ragu

• Used corresponding coupons from above list.
• Paid with $8 ECBs and $1.67 OOP. (See, I should have only paid .67 OOP, but I forgot a coupon. So, don't kick yourself when it happens. It WILL happen.)
• Received $3 ECBs.

Transaction 3:
Colgate toothpaste
1 Tampax

• Used corresponding coupons from above list.
• Paid with $3 ECBs and .32 OOP.
• Received $2 ECBs.

Transaction 4:
2 Tampax

• Used corresponding coupons from above list.
• Paid with $2 ECBs and nothing OOP.
• Received nothing. I'll start from scratch next week.
